Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it.  If you're a match, we'll invite you to a Kick Off session so you can learn more about PATLive and the Virtual Receptionist position.

Stage 2

Assessment

Assessment Pro Tips:
  • Find a quiet place free from distractions 
  • Log into your computer (Do not use your phone)
  • Google Chrome works best 
  • Pay close attention to the instructions
  • The Audio and Typing Test sections are timed 
  • An internet speed test is included

Kick Off Session

The PATLive Kick Off Session is a group event where you will learn more about PATLive, who we are, what we do as a company, the job requirements, and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Phone Interview

One on one phone interview with a member of our recruiting team.
Stage 5

Background Check & References

Complete a standard background check and provide 3 professional references.

Offer Letter

Sign your offer letter.
