Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it.  If you're a match, we'll invite you to a Kick Off session so you can learn more about PATLive and the Remote Receptionist position. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit at this time, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. 
Stage 2

Kick Off Session

The PATLive Kick Off Session is a group event. You will learn more about PATLive, who we are, and what we do as a company. We will wrap the session up with a Q&A and provide instructions for the next steps. We look forward to e-meeting you!
Stage 3

Assessment

Complete our 15 minute Skills Assessment.

Assessment Pro Tips:
  • Find a quiet place free from distractions 
  • Log into your computer (Do not use your phone)
  • Google Chrome works best 
  • Pay close attention to the instructions
  • The Audio and Typing Test sections are timed 
  • An internet speed test is included
Stage 4

Video Interview

A 45-minute one-on-one video interview with a member of our recruiting team.

During this interview, we'll delve deeper into your skills and experience, focusing on customer service-related questions.  We'll also ask for a brief preview of your workspace to ensure it meets the requirements for the role. 
Stage 5

Background Check & References

A standard background check and references request. 

We ask for three professional references, two of these must be from your current or past supervisors/managers, and the third can be from another professional, who can speak to your skills and qualifications.
Stage 6

Offer

Review and sign your official offer letter.
Stage 7

Hired
